We invite all interested stallholders to register for a stall.

Stallholder Requirements:

To apply for a stall at Western Port Craft Expo, stallholders must meet the following criteria:

  1. Display unique crafts that they have handmade.
  2. Demonstrate if possible the crafting technique at their stall so expo attendees can view and discuss their craft.
  3. If it suits, sell some of their wares. We strongly emphasise that the Expo is NOT a market and that crafts are there to be viewed, demonstrated and shared.
  4. Stallholders may be
    • Community groups (such as CWA, Community Houses and other local crafting groups).
      Their participation will promote awareness of their group to local attendees, and perhaps gain new members.
    • Local craft businesses.
      Their presence allows them the opportunity to display, demonstrate their craft, sell and advertise their business to the local community.
    • Individual Craftsmen and Women. Welcome to show and demonstrate their skill in their own craft and sell some of their creations.

Fees

Business stallholder registrations are $40. Seating, table (1800 x 800mm) and power and wifi provided. There are a limited number of double tables in order to provide a variety of different crafts.

For those individuals and societies demonstrating or promoting their craft group only (for example – lacemakers who do not sell), one table can be provided for a discounted $25.

No refund of fees on cancellation.

There are a few places for Charity crafting groups and stallholder registration is free provided there is no selling of craft. Seating, table and power provided.

Extras

As a goodwill gesture from Hastings Uniting Church, each stallholder will receive vouchers for their helpers (as specified on their registration form), providing lunchtime sandwiches and cup of tea/instant coffee (up to 3 per table).

‘Housekeeping’ notes will be emailed to registered stallholders approximately one week prior to the day.

Registrations Due

Registrations are required by 31 March 2024Please note that it may be necessary to reduce the number of registrations accepted in order to create distances between tables.

The fee for registration is required by 12/4/2024. Successful stallholder registrations will be notified.
